Drum Heating

We offer a wide range of drum heating solutions, including insulated heating blankets, Thermosafe induction heaters, band heaters, and base heaters. These heaters are used to raise the temperature of drum contents to assist with processing, reduce viscosity for improved flow, and prevent materials from cooling during production. Built for durability and consistent performance, our solutions are suitable for a various industrial applications.

• Standard drum heaters are made with washable coated nylon and needled polyester and have a 0 – 90ºC thermostat. A standard 205-litre drum jacket can achieve 2ºC – 4ºC per hour heat rise.
• Hi-heat or Hi-Power drum heaters also come with a 0 – 90ºC thermostat and are made with either coated nylon or silicon rubber outer surface and custom glass cloth / stitched fibreglass inner surface. These can achieve up to 8ºC per hour heat rise. On higher power jackets, variable thermostats up to 180ºC are optional.

We also design insulated heater jackets and provide 25, 50, 100L small drum heaters to meet your specific heating requirements.
