Drum Heating Jackets for 20 litre to 205 litre Drums 

LMK Thermosafe flexible drum heating jackets are suitable for 20 litre to 205 litre drums. We also customise heating jackets to meet your specific heating needs for content containers. 

• Standard Drum Heating Jackets (2°C to 4°C per hour heat rise)

  The standard drum heater jackets are made with washable coated nylon and needled polyester and have a 0ºC – 90ºC thermostat. A standard 205 litre (also known as a 55-gallon drum) drum heating jacket can achieve a 2ºC to 4ºC per hour heat rise. 

• Hi-Heat / Hi-Power Drum Heating Jackets (Up to 8°C per hour heat rise)

  To achieve a faster heat rate or a higher heating power, we offer the Hi-heat or Hi-Power ranges of drum heating jackets to meet your requirements. These drum heating jackets come with a 0ºC to 90ºC thermostat and are manufactured with either coated nylon or silicon rubber outer surfaces and custom glass cloth / stitched fibreglass inner surfaces. They can achieve up to 8°C per hour heat rise. On higher-power drum heating jackets, variable thermostats up to 180ºC are optional.  For very difficult to heat solids or when requiring a rapid heating process, you can also combine with a drum base heater to maximise heating efficiency and results. 

• Drum Heating Jackets for Hazardous Areas

  For industrial heating in specialised Hazardous zone applications, we provide the unique InteliHeat range of drum heating jackets to accommodate your heating requirements. 

Drum Insulation Jackets/Covers

To reduce heat loss particularly during transportation, we offer insulation-only jackets for 205L drums, comprising an adjustable side jacket and an optional removable drum lid. Adding an insulated cover can reduce the heat loss rate by over 50% when compared to leaving a drum uncovered.
