HHD-Pro HEATING JACKET

The HHD-Pro heater is a 1100W full-length heating jacket that come with an industrial digital thermostat.

Applications:

• Suitable for 200L metal, plastic, or fibre drums (Diameter of 573mm – 621 mm).
• This heater jacket is perfect for melting solids or decreasing the viscosity of content, such as honey, grease, lubrication oils, urethanes, paints and adhesives where more precise temperature control is a requirement.

Specifications:

• 1100W with 0-90 °C digital thermostat in specially designed enclosure to ensure longevity in hot environment
• Heat rate of 4-6 °C per hour
• For 200-litre metal, plastic or fibre drum (diameter of 573 – 621 mm)
• Medium watt density for heating drum contents up to 60 °C
• 3 strap style design, 1800-1950 mm x 850 mm high (covers entire drum height).
• Cover – coated nylon outer facing and glass cloth inner facing
• IP54 Ingress Protection
• Insulation – high density stitched fibreglass (4 mm min)
• Supplied with 5-metre armoured cable for 240VAC 10A supply (but no plug)
• Standard model – HHD Heater Jacket (with 0-90 °C adjustable thermostat)
