Band heater
Helios Stainless Steel heater band is a 2400W, thermostat-controlled drum heater.
The stainless steel heating band is fitted around the outside diameter of the drum and provides controlled surface heating for industrial drum heating applications.
With an adjustable thermostat range of 0–300°C, this stainless steel band heater offers a simple and practical solution for heating suitable drum contents where direct contact heating is required.

- The heater band is clamped around the centre of the drum
- The band can deliver a maximum of 2400W power to the drum
- Heating is thermostat controlled
- Adjustable thermostat control from 0–300°C
- Applied heat at the contact area is approximately 10kW/m²
- Power supply is standard 240V (10A plug supplied, unattached)
