Helios IBC Immersion heater
Helios IBC Immersion heater is an excellent option when speed is required and the product can readily accept heat without damage.
Applications:
- Suitable for 1000L bottle-in-cage IBC containers.
- Use for local warming of viscous liquid product in winter or when combined with an insulation-only IBC heater jacket, could raise temperatures to 40 – 50°C over time.

The Helios IBC immersion heaters are available in 4 options, and we supply an optional weatherproof cover for all these immersion heater models.

- Heater element is made of Incoloy 800 with dimensions 850mm high x 130mm wide.
- Standard 0-120°C thermostat.
- Supplied with a 1.5 m lead but requires a 240VAC 10 Amp plug.
- 3000W Incoloy 800
- Heater element is made of Incoloy 800 with dimensions 850mm high x 130mm wide.
- Standard 0-120°C thermostat.
- Supplied with a 1.5 m lead but requires a 240VAC 15 Amp plug.
- 2400W Incoloy 825 for alkaline solutions
- Heater element is made of Incoloy 825 with dimensions 850mm high x 130mm wide.
