IBC Heater Jacket (1,2&3)

The IBC heater jacket is available in 3 options depending upon the level of heating required.

IBC heater jacket is an efficient solution for temperature control, providing optimal warmth to maintain the quality, viscosity, and flowability of contents. They are essential in the chemical, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, resin, and adhesive manufacturing industries.
For 1000-litre bottle-in-cage IBC (1000mm x 1200mm footprint) and Pallecon IBC container.

4-strap style insulated heating jacket, 4310mm x 950 mm high. (Heavier IBC2 heater jacket and IBC3 heater jacket also have vertical support hooks to enable one person to fit the heater jacket if required).
Cover-coated nylon outer surface and glass cloth inner surface.
0 – 90°C capillary thermostat(s) with 5m armoured double insulated power cord(s) but no plug(s).
Insulation – superior high density stitched fibreglass mat (thicknesses vary by heater level).
IP54 Ingress Protection means category leading dust and water resistance. If the heater jacket is used in an uncovered outdoor area on an ongoing basis, a separate Heavy Duty PVC Cover should be purchased.

These IBC heating jackets are available in 3 options:

IBC heater jacket – 1	With a single circuit (1400 watts), this warming jacket is designed to achieve a product temperature of 20-30°C.
IBC heater jacket – 2	With dual circuits, (2800 watts), this heater jacket is designed to achieve a product temperature up to 60°C.
IBC heater jacket – 3	With triple circuits (3990 watts), this heating jacket is for heating viscous products or for faster process heating. This jacket can achieve up to 80°C. Heater jackets are IP54-rated.
