Pricing

Standard rental heater jackets are priced in dollars per week with a minimum period of four (4) weeks. Return before the end of a contracted period will not receive any discount or refund.

Trial before you buy can be between two (2) and four (4) weeks. This is based on a per week cost. For a reduction in the price of the heater jacket by the amount of the trial rental, a decision to purchase must be received before the end of the trial period. If the jacket is not returned but a decision is still pending, further rental will be charged, and no further discount is due off the purchase price.

How the Rental Process Works

  • To trial or rent our heater jackets you need to sign a contract which specifies the timing, place of use, rental rate. The contract binds you to full responsibility for care of the heater jacket while in your possession (deemed as being as soon as it leaves our warehouse until it arrives back).
  • Trial periods are minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 4 weeks. You must decide to purchase within the trial period to claim a reduction in the purchase price by the amount you have paid in trial rental.
  • For contracted rental periods, a minimum initial rental period is 4 weeks.
  • Trial and rental payment is required in advance of shipment, and for any extension or purchase, will be invoiced in advance for the next period (generally in four-week blocks).
  • Our rental terms assume that the heater jacket will be cared for by the user and that operating instructions will be followed. We reserve the right to charge for maintenance and cleaning upon return and in extreme cases where the heater jacket cannot be repaired, the full cost of a new jacket will be charged.
  • All freight to and from your site will be charged or you can organise freight.
